1. The Service
invrt is an invoice processing service that reads PDF invoices, extracts payment data using AI, and generates SEPA PAIN.001 XML payment files that you can upload to your bank.
Important: invrt does not execute payments, connect to your bank, or move money on your behalf. The generated XML file is a data file that you review and upload to your bank yourself.
2. Account Registration
To use invrt, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Maintain only one account per person.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Free Tier & Paid Plans
invrt offers the following plans:
- Free: Process up to 5 invoices per month at no cost. No credit card required.
- Paid: €7 per month for unlimited invoice processing and exports.
Fair use: The paid plan is intended for normal business use. We consider up to 500 invoices per month to be within fair use. If your volume regularly exceeds this, we’ll reach out to discuss a plan that fits your needs. We will never suspend your account without prior notice.
We may change pricing or plan features at any time. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed via our payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved. We will notify you by email before any suspension takes effect.
5. Your Data
You own your data. We do not claim any ownership over the invoices you upload, the payment data we extract, or the SEPA files we generate for you.
We process your data solely to provide the service. In the context of data protection law, you are the data controller and invrt (Wander Ventures S.L.) is the data processor.
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
6. AI Processing
To extract data from your invoices, invrt sends invoice content to Anthropic’s Claude API. This is necessary to provide the core functionality of the service.
Anthropic does not use your data for model training. Data sent to the API is processed in real time and is not retained by Anthropic beyond what is needed to provide the response.
For more details, see Anthropic’s data processing terms.
7. SEPA Payment Files
invrt generates PAIN.001.001.03 XML files based on the data extracted from your invoices. These files conform to the ISO 20022 SEPA Credit Transfer standard and are accepted by European banks.
You are responsible for reviewing the generated payment file before uploading it to your bank. While our AI extraction is highly accurate, errors can occur. Always verify vendor names, IBANs, amounts, and payment references before initiating payments.
invrt is not liable for incorrect payments, overpayments, or duplicate payments resulting from unreviewed or incorrectly reviewed data.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or the service itself.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service.
- Upload content that is malicious, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The invrt service, including its user interface, codebase, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Wander Ventures S.L. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your data remains yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your invoices, vendor information, or generated payment files to us.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep invrt available at all times, but we provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee.
Scheduled maintenance may occasionally require downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance via email or in-app notification.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Wander Ventures S.L. for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Loss of data or data corruption.
- Incorrect payments made based on generated payment files.
- Damages arising from service interruptions or downtime.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay outstanding fees.
If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your current billing period.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via the email address associated with your account.
Your continued use of invrt after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before they take effect.
